Filter a custom field based on another custom field

We are a global company with various regions such as LATAM, NORAM, EMEA, ITAL, NOBA, APAC etc. When someone selects the region(s), we want them to be able to select the countries that apply to the project request for the selected region(s). Is there a way to do a mapping table of sorts or to filter custom field options based on selections made within a custom field? Can this be added?

You should be able to accomplish this by adding a conditional follow-up question with the country options for that region. i.e. If a user selects LATAM from the region question, then a follow-up question is triggered to ask the user to select the country in LATAM. You'll need a custom field for the list of regions and then another custom field for the list of countries in each region.

Yeah, but there is no way for us to build logic in right? So we need to maintain lists of custom fields for all countries in a region and all branches in a country?

Correct. Wrike does not have conditional logic between custom fields.
