Manufacturing Challenge: Sharing Success & Ideas
Hey everyone! I thought it might be interested to get started with a little collaboration & brainstorming. I know some of this was shared in our "intro" post, but thought we could take a moment to discuss how we use Wrike a bit more in our daily lives. So I have a challenge for everyone:
1. Provide a short summary of the daily "meat and bones" with how you use Wrike. i.e. What's your elevator pitch with how you use Wrike and where you get value.
2. I often call Wrike my Swiss Army Knife. In that vein, share a creative way that you're using Wrike that others might not be thinking about (or a creative idea where you aspire to use Wrike this year)
3. If there was ONE thing that Wrike could do to provide even more value for your team, what would that be? (it's a challenge, pick only one!)
------
Here's mine:
1. I primarily use Wrike to track my projects, and while I prefer agile, I am not a framework snob so I'll pull waterfall out of the toolbelt when it makes the most sense. I work on a lot of innovation efforts internally and often need the ability to support a formal project or sometimes smaller informal projects that I often kick off from my personal space. I love how I can quickly assemble a team of peers and get us all connected with structure + accountability that comes from having transparency into our projects/work.
2. Surveys, Feedback, & Ideation. I'm a huge fan of continuous improvement and I like flexing the Request Form + Custom Item Types to do different things like capturing feedback from customers (i.e. automation rule that sends a link to a Request Form Survey whenever a Request gets closed) or capturing/prioritizing ideas for future execution.
3. As a tech early adopter and extremely visual person, I'd love to see where VR can go with proofing. From a manufacturing / product development perspective, I'd love to be able to interact and review 3d objects, locations, products, etc. on something like the Apple Vision Pro.
