Lost all Data after change from Trial to Teams Plan

Dear Wrike Team,

out of desperation I am writing here hoping for help: 2 Weeks of hard work and my team has lost every information in our account after purchasing the Team plan. 

The warning within the notification said: "dashboards are not supported in this plan ... data will be lost." 
It should say: "... All of your data and everything you ever worked on here will be lost for ever! Are you sure you dont want to buy the most expensive plan??" 
In this case, trust me, we would have baught the most exoensive plan to keep our Data. This is so missleading and disapointing. 

I (as account owner) have sent 2 tickets and cannot reach out to anyone. 

It is a pity, if this is how this ends after 2 promising and wonderful week.

The same has happened to me. Is there a way out of this for us to recover the data?

Seems such a pity that just when someone is ready to subscribe to the program, it comes with this blow!!!

I'm sorry this happened to you. I can see you got the reply from our Support team, but I'd also like to post why this happened here as well for anyone else reading this thread. This is one of the limitations of the Team plan - when switching to the Team plan from any other subscription (including a trial) you agree that your data will be deleted. The reason for that is that the data model of the Team plan differs from the data model of Business+ and higher plans. We can't unfortunately provide a downgrade from higher plans to Team without data loss or the risk of corrupted workspaces.

I understand it's not the ideal workflow, and I've made sure to share your feedback on this with the team responsible for the Team plan.
