Successful File Upload Confirmation Pop-Up

Is there anyway to disable this notification? I don’t find it useful because where it pops up it blocks where I am actively making a comment along with the “send” button so I have to close the pop up in order to complete the comment.  And it’s pretty obvious if the document uploads successfully because I can see it in my task.  It's just kind of in the way and not useful to me at all.  Thank you.

I agree, this small popup is also annoying for me, as it doesn't disappear until you click on it's X-button.
