Request Form Owners
Similar to Project Owners, can Request Forms have a field to assign an owner. In our enterprise, our request form owners are responsible for any major updates needed to their forms throughout the year. Anyone in our enterprise can reach out to the owners if they notice any information missing or have general questions about the internal process for the form. We currently keep a spreadsheet of current owners and past owners to document any changes of ownership, however, it would be much easier to have a field in Wrike that automatically show who the request form owner is. Even if this is only available prior to submitting the form.

Could you please clarify - do you mean that apart from a person assigned to the task/project when the form is submitted, you'd also like to have a separate field for its owner? And these could be two different users?

Yes, a separate field would be perfect and it is usually two different users. In our enterprise, the Request Form owner is the person responsible for determining/updating the internal processes associated with their forms and communicating any form changes to the teams that use them. If the owner of the form is visible within Wrike, it would allow users to go directly to the owner if they have questions or need to request a change to the form, such us updating a custom field to reflect a change in drop-down options.
The owner would not be assigned to the project or task launched by the request form submitted. They would also not need to be notified that their form was used. This would be more useful in directing questions and concerns to the correct owner of the form and decrease the back and forth of determining who to go to. We do have an internal spreadsheet of who owns what, but in the spirit of keeping Wrike as our single source of truth, this added feature would be really helpful, allowing our enterprise quick and easy view to who owns what all while staying in Wrike.
