Best practices

A couple tips of things we've learned that have really helped us:

Don't wait to update your projects in Wrike.  If you fall behind more than a couple days, it will cause confusion and delay among your team.  Update Wrike daily if possible.

Use the mobile app.  It will save time, especially when traveling.

We created a custom field to show a quick / short status we call NOTES and BLOCKERS - this is a great way for us to show a high level status on Reports especially when associated with a heat map (GYR).  If a project or job is Yellow  or Red we know why straight away.
