Wrike Document Editor - Download Not Working

The Wrike Document Editor is a game changer. Our team uses it constantly.

BUT, I have experienced the issue of having to re-download it several times. Sometimes it just stops working.

I then have to uninstall the app on my computer and re-download. If you are experiencing this same issue and still not able to access the Document Editor after re-downloading, you may have to do what I do.

If you navigate to "app & integrations" and download the document editor from there instead of via the prompt pop-up on the task itself, it will work. Make sure you uninstall first be downloading and then restart wrike after the download is complete.

I am not sure why I have to keep re-downloading it every couple months though.
