$ Sign for Billable Projects

Wrike used to have a $ sign on the project information page for billable projects. However, after the recent upgrade, they removed this $ sign and it made it very hard for us to tell between billable vs non-billable projects/tasks. It's very easy to miss if a project or task is not set up properly. This has already cost us thousands of dollars. Is there a way to bring that option back to its original place? Thank you.

Hi Xing Ming, not sure if this is helpful, but if your billable vs non-billable projects are specified at the project/task/folder level, you are able to change the icon that appears for that item type.

See example below for a Project:

  • Select Project > Info
  • Select Icon next to Project Name to enter "Edit Project" mode

  • Hover over the Projects' icon to edit
  • Select the desired icon from the available list

Hopefully this is helpful!

Hey Xing Ming! I hope that Jess Cuddy's tip is helpful (thanks Jess 🙂)! I've also shared your feedback with the team responsible for the Item view 👍
