Details are being ERASED from items - anyone else experiencing?? COSTLY
I did 5 hours worth of technical research, added over the course of this afternoon to a task, all OK, then all of a sudden it was WIPED OUT. 5 hours worth of technical resource time is expensive.
Problem had occurred in a minor way earlier this week, I opened a ticket but heard nothing. Seemed to have gotten better so I went back to my job.
Hope the community can shed some light because Wrike support is not.
Have you tried checking the version history?

Hi Ellen, I had some errors when updating tasks, but nothing as major as your issue.
Does the change appear in your task's log?
nope; at some point that afternoon versions stopped being created and nothing further appeared in the activity stream, despite my adding, formatting, and seeing my changes appearing normally. Nothing unusual in my browser or PC. So I didn't notice anything was amiss until all of a sudden my task's description reverted to what it had been earlier that day. Support is now looking into.
Hmmm, that's really frustrating. Had some issues a few days back where editing would just turn out errors every couple of words, but everything was saved up to the last dot... I assume that's a case for the Wrike support team.
