Workload and User Groups

Our enterprise uses User Groups for teams within specific divisions and Job Roles for specific job titles. As we use Workload to view our team capacity, it would be helpful to add User Groups as an option for grouping. This way, we could see the actual job role of each individual contributor as well as the team they operate within. This would significantly help us view the resources of a team, in an instant, and specifically which individual job roles are over capacity.

There are certain job titles that exist in several teams such as creative specialist, however a creative specialist could exist in more than one team and the Job Roles grouping inhibits us from seeing the actual team. Is this a feature that is currently being investigated?
