We're excited to announce recent enhancements to our Chart view! This intuitive tool offers enhanced access to insightful work analytics, helping you to review and make data-driven decisions easily. The pre-set metrics and accompanying charts are accessible at the space, folder, and project levels, to aid your decision-making and foster productivity. Check out the most recent improvements!

• Date breakdowns 📆

We're delighted to unveil the 'Date breakdown' feature in Chart view. Taking your feedback into account, we've now enabled time segmentation in both Chart view and New Dashboards!

This option allows you to segment time frames by day, week, month, or year for a comprehensive aggregation based on your chosen criteria and offering a detailed perspective on task and project progress 🚀

This feature extends to date fields, such as start or due date:

• Reporting on Approvals ✅

We're excited to announce the addition of approval-based reporting! Customers can now access insights into the duration of approval processes, identify potential hold-ups, and more. You can now easily check: average approval duration, max approval duration, overdue, pending and completed approvals, and more!

Furthermore, when reporting on approvals in the widget builder, only relevant dimensions are displayed. We're also progressing with design improvements, specifically improving the treemap chart labels. 

Given the crucial role of approvals in many agencies and businesses, refining reporting on them can truly unleash potential and eliminate bottlenecks 🧐

You can now filter approvals by: status, approver, approver decision (pending, approved, rejected), approval start, due and completion date:

And you can choose to break your approvals by: status, approver and approver decision, among other options, to visualize your data in the most suitable layout for you:

Chart view now provides you with a total of 12 different charts, including the following options: donut, column, stacked column, stacked percentage column, bar, stacked bar, stacked percentage bar, line, tree map, area, stacked area, stacked percentage area 😍

By clicking on the data displayed in the charts, you can access the items linked to the metric in a list:

• Custom field colors reflected on charts 🟧🟨🟪

Now, the color of your custom single-select and multi-select custom fields is reflected in your charts!

This improvement helps you easily identify your tasks and projects at a glance when reporting on Chart view 📈
