Set "Email to Requesters" access at the Request Form level

I would like to allow only certain specific people access to the option to send emails to the requester of a form. Currently, it is tied to top-level user permissions, but it's not flexible enough for a large enterprise company with thousands of Wrike users, where some projects/spaces want it enabled for all users and others don't.

It would be great if this could be set at the level of individual forms, like how form visibility works. For example, then we could give the ability to a couple project managers who are responsible for interacting with the submitter, while preventing other users from accidentally using it when they shouldn't.
