Out of Office Message
Hi! It would be very helpful to have the option to set an out of office message in Wrike. My team works closely with Stakeholders inside our company who often don't know our PTO schedule. For example, it could be a small alert at the top of the message box that appears when the person is tagged in a comment or approval. That way we know when we to except a response from the stakeholder/team member.

Thank you for your feedback! It's possible for users in Wrike to add PTO days in their work schedule and there will be an "unavailable" sign when you @mention them:

Can I ask, what options are available to us for Out-of-Office messages to those submitting request forms. This looks like a good solution for internal users to know if a team member is available or not, but I am having a hard time finding a solution for Wrike to notify those who are not users of Wrike. (i.e., notifying form submitters).
Hi Paul Disney, welcome to the Community. Thank you for your comment, I'm afraid that at the moment there isn't a direct way to let colleagues without a Wrike account know that a user is not available.

Is there a way to alter the message so it says "Unavailable until xxx date, please @ mention xxxx"
I like that the unavailable shows up, but in agreement that it would be nice to see "unavailable between x data and x date" for clarity
