Task Searching in a Project
AnsweredIt would be incredibly convenient if we had the option to search for tasks directly within a project. While we currently have a search button on the left, it serves as a global search, and what I'm envisioning is a feature that allows us to search for a specific task seamlessly while actively engaged in a project.
the feature could contribute to a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, reducing any potential frustration caused by switching between screens or interfaces.
I would like to propose considering this feature for inclusion in our product roadmap discussions, as it has the potential to significantly enhance the user experience.
This is a feature. If you are in the project that you would like to search, the search results should break down:
In my screen shot above, you can see it is asking if I want to search all of my Wrike account, the Implementations space, or the project that I currently have open.
Hi Nathan Lane,
as Ashley mentioned, you can easily limit the search to your current project. But you have to first type your key words, and then the possible restrictions show up.
For more advanced search options refer to Workspace Search Commands – Wrike Help Center
You can even use the term "folder:XXX" to search globally for all tasks tagged to the folder (or project!) XXX!

Thanks for the query Nathan Lane and thanks Florian Kislich and Ashley Fischer for your great advice! 💚
