OCT 2023 WRIKE UPDATE
The latest Wrike update is terrible for our workflow. Carpal Tunnel is bad enough among my staff but by forcing so much more clicking and scrolling with this update now it is going to get even worse. Two two things we use EVERY time we access Wrike: the Search box and Subitems; now we have to click twice for a search (once to open the Search box and again to put our curser in it to enter the search term), and now with Subitems moved to the bottom we have to click to or scroll to access those. Each of our team members is assigned a Subitem so this is extremely annoying to have to drill down. This update has quadrupled the amount of clicks we need to do to use Wrike.
Hi Mike,
I couldn't reproduce your issue regarding the search function. If I click into the search field (top left corner), a popup opens, and the cursor is already there so I can just start typing.
By the way, there's also a shortcut for the search window! Alt+Shift+S 😁

Thanks for that. Pop ups are the worst ;-) But anyway, whatever you type in the search box stays there so the next time you click on Search you have to delete or highlight the previous search text. It would be nice if it reset once the popup is gone to reduce the clicking.

I started using "Ctrl+A" to select (overwrite) the previous search term btw. This eliminates some mouse clicking...
