A lot of times a task is shared with an external person who does not have access to the main task making it difficult for them to discern what project they are working on. It would be great if when a task is shared with someone new there was an option notifying that the main task is not shared and prompting for a prefix.

interesting idea! but what do you mean by "someone new"? I would say if you share a task by anyone who has no access to the according space. This would make sense to me, because then the task would only be visible in the "shared with me" section, without the correct folder structure.

I guess everyone uses tags to understand where a task belongs to.
Just a simple example of my actual work: How would someone know what this is all about without seeing the folder-structure?

Hi Lisa, yes we are using tag.
Florian Kislich We have team members who are collaborators, but we prefer not to grant them access to the entire project or space. If we don't share the project with them, they won't be aware of that specific tasks assigned to them to which project it belongs.
