I’m Anmol — Senior Product Manager for Wrike Public APIs.

To fetch tasks by Custom Item Types (CITs) using GET /tasks, GET /folders/{folderId}/tasks, or GET /spaces/{spaceId}/tasks, simply pass the relevant CIT IDs in the customItemTypes parameter.

As a follow up. If I send a GET request to /folders/id/folders I receive a response something like the following:

{'kind': 'folders', 'data': {'project': {'ownerIds': [id1, id2]}}}

Is it possible to get for example the users' first and last names without having to use the ids within 'ownerIds' and perform a second GET request to the users endpoint?

Currently, it's not possible to return users' names directly in folders API. To fetch user details, you’ll need to make a separate GET request to the /contacts endpoint.
