Creating Reports and Dashboards to promote adoption
✋ Hello,
I believe we are still in the early stages of utilizing Wrike, considering its full potential. While we have already onboarded projects, it would be beneficial to gain insights in order to promote adoption within our teams. Here are some dashboard and report ideas:
-
Last Access Report/Dashboard: This report or dashboard could display how many times users accessed a specific project, space, or task within a defined time frame (e.g., the last 2 days, week, or month).
-
Task Movement Report/Dashboard: This report or dashboard could show the movement of tasks within a project or group of projects, along with the date of the last update. It should also allow filtering by updated fields and status.
It would be helpful if anyone could share the resources for the above or best practices to monitor Wrike adoption, for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Thank you,
Prabhat
Hi Prabhat Mandwani, thank you for creating this post! Regarding your first suggestion, may I please ask you to elaborate a bit on why this would be an important feature for you and your team?
About your second idea, it seems that Activity reports could cover this need. If you have any additional questions about this feature, please let us know 🙂
Looking forward to your reply!
