I used a Workato Recipe which takes the Title of the Project and ID of the Project and stores it in a 2 columned look up table

1. So on Project Creation, it will store the title and ID of the Project
2. it will then (in that same recipe) update the Custom field with all the entries in that table
3. The project name then becomes a selectable field
4. Then when another request form is filled in and the project is selected, another workato recipe matches tthe project name to an id in the table
5. The recipe then adds the task to that project upon creation of the request form
