I agree with Meredith Selden 100%. Understanding where a task is in the system is critical, and it was so easy to figure this out when it was located right next to the task title. Being able to see this info should absolutely not require any additional clicks.

I would also like the search bar to go back to the top right or at least in both places.ย  I am in countless projects a day and having to perform two clicks to access a search bar is completely inefficient when I am in full view mode most of the time.

I'm echoing the sentiments here.ย  My entire team has found the recent change with the custom fields being default hidden a huge hindrance in their workflow.ย  Please change this back or at least give the option to set your preferences.

I also agree that constantly changing the look and feel of Wrike every quarter is not a good user experience.ย  Even those of us who are veteran users of Wrike find this annoying.ย  Change is good, but constant change is offputting to those on the receiving end.ย  Changes need to be meaningful, not just done for the sake of doing it.

Can we please give admins a choice to set the custom field view at the right side?ย  We LOVE the new custom item types and how is shows the custom fields in the right pane - it eased a few pain points we had with the way forms input info into custom fields.ย  However, the change to have to expand the custom field view has brought us a few steps backwards.

I understand that different teams like different views, but I would like to see a global setting where an admin can set it for the whole account. This would serve us much better.

Please bring back the task location under the task title. Not sure why most changes in the new UI is more complicated than before. These new changes seem like a big step backwards in my opinion.ย

I agree with all comments above. The location should feature in the top area as this is a quick view of the project the task is associated with. Also having the item type sections featured on the right-hand side was a nice quick way to see all the info needed and negated users to click on the card to discover this info. Most users will not click and info is not consumed sadly.

This change of removing sidebar is not good. The old setup where we could see task details at the same time was better.
