Wrike action - mention
Our company is looking to use Wrike automation but have noticed that unfortunately one of the actions is to mention certain people but there seems to be no ability to mention the Project Owner. The Project Owner and author will not always be the same person, and the Project Owner is more important to be aware of the plan items.
I agree with Scott! It's very useful also for us.
Scott McKinley in this moment we created new space for each Project Owner and make one automation in each space tagging che Owner.
I know is not a lean solution but for now it works.
Hi folks! It's actually possible to mention project owners through automation, we mentioned this release in the beginning of this year 🙂

Lisa well that option doesn't show on my automation. In fact the configuration looks very different from back in January to what looks like has been released.
Lisa that is for projects, it needs to be applied for tasks as well. When a task is overdue and not completed it has an overall impact on the project, a project owner who normally would be a Project Manager needs to be made aware.
