Utilization Report

I am trying to populate a Utilization and performance report for my team. Unfortunately, I can't get the capacity to accurately reflect my coworkers available hours. We have several part-time workers that are listed at the same capacity as the rest of the team. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Juan, I need to pull the utilization report that is standard in Wrike for all members of my organization. The issue I am running into is some work full time and some are part time. The report is setting all users at a full time capacity and therefore skewing the data and making it unusable. I am trying to find a fix for this. Thank you!

Hi Lisa, sure, please do that. Is this an issue others have faced? I am trying to understand if this is user error (I am doing something wrong) or if there isn't actually and option to pull utilization when you have users with different capacity.
