I like that together with Lightspeed a lot of new possibilities to customize Wrike are addressed.
Custom Fields, workflows and automation rules can be set on a account wide, a space or the custom item level.
Now the problem is to have an overview on it and which is the highest priority?
So to give examples:
Automation: Some kind of automation takes place. Where is it implemented? in the Cutsom Item type, in the space, account wide? You have to serach different locations.
Workflows: I can restrict CIT to only specific worklflows. I can also restrict spaces to specific workflows. What if I do both and this is different? Which workflow will a specific CIT have? Only the one implented in the CIT or also a workflow which is allowed by the space?
Custom Fields: the same as with workflows? What fields will be availabel for the CIT if space and CIT have different custom fields ?
I would be happy about a central board showing all automation and the also showing to whcih this is applied. Also in a task or project a possibility to see all automaton rules applying to the task / project. For workflows and custom fields it wuld be good to know the rules applyed when this differences appear.
You made a lot of new possibilities. Now please think also how to make them really usefull and not to become a problem for the admins and project managers.
