"Sort By" in Projects Widget (for Dashboard) should include "Subfolders" option

Hi there,

You removed the static left-hand Project List from being viewable while using my Dashboard, so I'm trying to create a workaround where I add a Projects Widget to my Dashboard.  

The Projects Widget has a "sort by" - please add "Subfolders" in there as an option.  If you offer Project Subfolders, and you offer a Project Widget, I imagine many people are going to want those projects in the widget sorted by subfolders...

The Projects Widget in general needs more options.  It's very limited.  For instance, when it lets you choose "Location" - why does it only let you choose 1 Folder???  I'd like 3 of my folders (Quote, Design, Construction), and of course all their subfolders, in my Project Widget.  So now I have to create 3 Project Widgets in order to achieve what 1 well-designed Project Widget should do.  (This is assuming of course I can create multiple Project Widgets for one Dashboard.  I hope I'm not unpleasantly surprised and discover I'm limited to one...!)
