Yes! I was so happy when Automation engine was finally available to use! We use automation in our approval process, like in Engineering changes approval, deviations and moving projects from 1 folder to another.ย
one thing that I wish it's available is:ย changing a task into a projectย once the status changes to approved or completed.
Thank you for sharing your feedback and use case here Aloi Calvert!ย
Could you please share more detail on why you need to be able to do that?ย

Lisaย We have a feature request that is in a task form - basically - this new feature request is assigned as a task that is being discussed during roadmap meeting. Once is it approved the task status is changed to "Approved" and then it means it becomes an official project. It would be nice to apply and automation to tasks that if it changes to specific status, then the action will have an option to change the task status or change the status to become a project and then to add another wish :) it will be nice toย have an option to choose a template / workflow since there are some spaces or folders that use specific WF and template.
Thanks a lot for clarifying Aloi Calvert!ย

Just created an automated workflow to help some of the team members who forgets to fully complete a task. So when a task is set to "development done" it will after 7 days of inactivity set the task to "published/ completed" and also mention the dev lead so they know of it. And will be able to take action if needed.
Thank you for sharing Thomas Won Nyheimย ๐ค

We use a few different automations but definitely need to dig into this more!
