[Status: Launched 🚀] Workspace Themes & Dark Mode

Having Dark Mode would be really helpful - it is a much better view on other programmes - and would make customer usability far better. I am hoping more messages may bump this up the development list.

Please include dark mode to your roadmap! White screen is not good to spend so much time looking at it!

Whenever I looked at wrike, I just feel so stressed!. the way it loads the page gives me anxiety, like it just gives off the feeling of being slow and chappy. the thing is like saying "You should quit your job!" 

Maybe a dark mode will give it a different vibe?

Lisa there is no issues loading the page, its the way it loads is whats giving me anxiety.

When is this going to be rolled out? I'm working for a foreign company and as such am working through the night. Wrike's light theme is very straining on my eyes and it makes it difficult to work for long periods of time. This really should have been one of the most basic features.

I made an account specifically for the issue of dark mode. I already use Dark Reader which gets it 90% of the way there, but surely this would have been seen as a priority. Bit sad to see it's taken this long, do Wrike devs enjoy getting flashbanged whenever they open Wrike?

This is truly INSANE that you still do not offer a dark mode option.. This thread was made in 2021 and I see multiple comments of customers who completely left wrike due to the lack of dark mode. What in the world... this is crazy. Just do it already!!! My eyes are burning over here!

Instead of just saying this year, please give us a date for this long overdue feature.

It's pretty serious... I would also like a release date as well. My whole team feels the same way. We just migrated from Zoho, but we're going to be looking for other options at some point soon if no DM in the near horizon.

A heart attack is serious; this is just a 1st world problem. Thanks, Wrike team, for putting this into action; I am sure most of us will appreciate the effort and wait patiently for a release. 

Hey Lisa, pretty much all of the chatter here has been about dark mode, but the title also mentions Workspace Themes. Is this also on the Q4 roadmap? I've had several people reach out to me this week asking why the Halloween theme isn't showing the graphics like it used to. These little customizations make work more fun, especially for those of us who are in Wrike most of the day!

2 years later!.....

I use Vivaldi as Browser. With vivaldi://flags/#enable-force-dark i can set every Website to dark mode. This works with wrike.com as well.

I find it interesting that dark mode has been a requested feature for Wrike since 2018 and almost 6 years later still nothing. Wrike competitors are aware of this and run ad space to steal potential customers because of a lack of a feature that is no longer a luxury but an expectation. As many have stated above, just about every other tool/site that you'll spend a lot of time looking at has a dark mode. 

The Dark mode will be released by the end of this year. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.
