Wrike for Marketing in a multi step/task review
I'm having trouble using Wrike for Marketers Proofing when we have tasks with timing for first review, first revision, second review, second revisions, final review, etc... the asset can't carry through different tasks with comments and versions.
We schedule this way as we need to stick to assigned timing to reach our end date and for visibility and timing of reviews for the different reviewers. For those of you in agencies and creative settings where this type of schedule is used, how are you handling the asset proofing to capture the comments and versions?
I use work flow statuses instead of tasks. I have it set up so when a status changes, it automatically creates a proof and sets the due date for the next day, or two days or whatever it is. You can either have it automatically include all assets on the task, or be asked with a pop up so that you can choose which asset is to be proofed. That way everything stays with the task.
How do you see and share all the review dates and assignments at the start of the project if it's not mapped out? So, if someone looks at their to-do, will they see reviews due next week? Say they need to leave work with others when they are out. How are these visible in advance if not on its own task? Or, we need to line up people to be prepared for a review when it is coming through, etc.
Hmmm, good question. Everyone is so overworked, no one is looking at next week, ha! That is a good question... I'm going to think on that.

I did actually think about that (and then promptly forgot 😀)... I'm going to work that into my process and see how it goes!
Please let us know how it goes Robin Hayes 😊
