Option Key on Mac cancels comments in Wrike Web AND Wrike Mac App
What is going on? We've used Wrike for years, and have to enter special characters like ™ ® and ¡ ¶ etc. via the Mac Keyboard using the Option key, e.g. Option+R = ® This is a CRITICAL part of our business. Today for some reason, both I and a colleague experience the SAME problem - pressing the Option key while composing comments in a proof review, CLOSES the comment box. This is insane and HAS to be fixed immediatley. I rebooted and tested it again, it happens in Safari using wrike dot com, AND happens in the Wrike for Mac App, AND happens in Google Chrome.

There was zero help. They couldn't reproduce the issue so they called it case closed. It happens to our entire team several times a month, we never found a solution, we just go type the character somewhere else and copy/paste it into Wrike comments when it starts happening again. It's put quite a damper on Wrike's proofing capabilities because our translators used to use it to type diacritics into comments, now they had to chagne to sending us Word Docs because it got so frustrating for them.
I wonder if the Wrike team was using a Mac. Sad if "go use a PC" is the workaround.
