Mails to a task making people to assignees

Hi,

when sending an e-mail to a task and putting also some persons to the mail the people having a Wrike account are becoming assignees of the task. As we have the rule that only one assignee per task (to realy have a responsible person) this is not what we want. How can this be turned off?

Currently, it is not possible to turn this off. If you don't want your team members to be assignees of the task then the only option would be to put them in copy (cc).
Then the task would be shared with these people but won't be assigned to them.

Hi @..., unfortunately that does not help, as we sometimes have a hybrid system between Wrike and mail. And in mail it is standard that cc means "just for information". So somebody who really needs to know about something must be in the primary address of the mail. On the other hand we have the rule only one assignee per task (because somebody must be responsible). 

So it does not work.
