Create/Update a task request, getting an error- "status and customStatus cannot be set simultaneously"

Hi Team,

When I tried to create/update a task via API request I'm getting the following error:

"status and customStatus cannot be set simultaneously"

In the docs, there is a field "optional" with default parameters-

my question is, if I set a status parameter, and want also to add a customStatus parameter, is it possible? or should I delete the Status parameter?

Hi Moran Asae, if you use customStatus for mutation operations then status parameter is redundant. That's the intended behavior, and I suggest setting only customStatus to have the ability to specify the status more precisely. You can get the list of your Custom Statuses using GET/workflows method. Let me know if you have any questions!😊
