Email notifications with status updates at the bottom

Our team is finding it confusing for our internal stakeholders when there is a status update notification email that does not provide the latest information at the TOP of the email.  Instead, users must scroll to the bottom to see the latest update.  This is not intuitive or clear and it is causing critical communication issues with our stakeholders missing attachments, updates and customer deadlines.  Please correct the email format so that the latest update is at the top.  Thank you.

The Wrike email notifications take some getting used to. We have heard similar complaints to Michele's from some members of our team.

Mostly, it's about what we don't hear(see) though; responses to the notifications, which could be an indicator that the issue is more widespread.

Take Wrike approval notification emails as an additional example. There is very little visually to indicate to the recipient what they're being asked to do, or how it is different than another type of Wrike notification.

It's a shame as all this undoubtably impacts adoption, which is the bottom line.

Hello Michele Mason, Andrew Goddard, thank you both for your detailed suggestions.

I'm passing on your feedback to our Product team. We'll update the thread if we get an update from them.
