Automated Finishing for Guest Reviews
I'd love for guest reviews to automatically finish once all stakeholders have provided a decision, the same way that reviews do with internal users. It would be so nice to set the "if changes required" change status to "_____" and "if approved" change status to "_____".
Guest reviews right now are quite manual and it would be great if we could apply the same automation to guest reviews that we have with internal Wrike reviews.
This would be very useful for us too!

I agree! This would be very helpful. I also would love to have some additional notifications besides an inbox notification, specifically if the review is not approved.

I need this too! We are struggling to keep track of guest review statuses because there is no real notification or automation options attached to it.

We are trying to use a workaround automation of "When status doesn't change from "At Client for Approval" (in 1 day) and guest review is finished → change status to "Guest Review Complete", notify followers to change status"... but even that isn't behaving as intended.
Has anyone else found a decent solution? Or can explain why this condition (Guest Review: Finished) isn't working properly?

Our team is currently struggling with this issue as we send out a lot of guest reviews and managing them is a messy, manual task. Hoping to see this in the future.

Was just coming here to write this but glad to see so many are having the same trouble. We have not found any great "workaround" with statuses or automations. As a PM, it's cumbersome and inefficient to tell my team they should be checking each to see which guest reviewers have made decisions on their proofs. Some are going so far as to tracking their guest reviews out of Wrike to ensure nothing gets missed or lost.
Long story made long, this would be a GREAT feature to have.
