Email Response

When I get a task from someone, the email of the person who created it (external link from a support link on our website), and I highlight and right click on the quotes that appear ("), it moves that email address to the SEND space at the bottom of the Task. But, if I want to comment and send, it does not send to that person. I have to duplicate the message and send through Outlook - twice the work.

If I copy an email in the SEND box, and comment, I would like my comment to automatically go to that person. Is this possible?
