Adding Followers from Blueprint
Hi! I've just discovered that projects launched from Blueprints do not keep the followers marked in the Blueprint tasks. This was shocking and disappointing to find out! Wrike recommends having only one assignee, so we've been using "Followers" to keep people in the loop on tasks that they're not responsible for, but still need to know about status and updates. How do other people approach this problem?
Yes, this would be a huge game changer for my team. We utilize Followers heavily, instead of assignee, and it's tedious to have to add after creating from Blueprint
Hi Krystal Burwell, thank you for chiming in here - please be sure to like/upvote the post if you haven't yet🙌🏼
This would be very helpful to my team as well! I have upvoted this
Thanks a lot Lily Brock, I'll let the responsible team know your feedback 🙂

We'd also benefit from having followers copied across from a blueprint. Having to re-add followers is a decent time suck on my end.
Jason Fassler Desiree Dixon the hacky way I worked around this is to create an automation in the location where your blueprint is happening and adding a comment with the users' names to set up the follow. As with all Wrike related workarounds, it's super annoying that we have to resort to something like this but unless the product team deems this feature worthy of their attention, it's the only way.
