Add "Effort" question type as a "Request Form" input

It would be very handy if Request Forms had the option to add a question type where the Effort could automatically be assigned to a task's Effort feature when created via a Request Form.

Currently, we have a question in the Request Form asking the person filling out the form how may hours they estimate the task will take them and then that information has to be manually filled into the actual "Effort" feature once the task has been created.

absolutely agree! This would be very helpful so employees don't have to go to 2 areas to input information.

It would be helpfull indeed. Reason Reason I want to go here also has to do with a Workaround for the current way of filling in; it takes so much click-work to work on a task in a sub-team of 5 people and then fill in the effort per person on a weekly level that filling in a form gives more time (thinking and rethinking the plan) and peace of mind to fill it in 1 time.

I have this same request, I have created an Intake form for project leaders to identify what resources/efforts are needed when the ask for people to be assigned to their project. Those getting the tasks from the request are not liking that they have to edit every task they get to fill in effort and other data that is just getting pushed to the description or title.
