Defining a global views
FeaturedDear Wrike community!
I would like to know is there a way of defining a set of views that will be a default views for all the folders/project for certain spaces?
For example we have Projects in which I would like to quickly change the view - receive the same fields enabled in the same order. Right now each project have different setup and it is extremely annoying to set up each place as a separate one.
Maybe you have some solution. Thanks in advance.
Hi MB,
I use blueprints.
When I add a new project I setup bluprint "Table View" with all fields I need and for now it's work for me.
Hello Pietro,
Thanks for the reply. I know the case with blueprints but is there a way to define a view when the folders/projects are already created?
Ideally I would like to have a pre-defined set of views showing some firlds in order for example:
- Planning view with planning relevant data
- performance view etc.
Also for other spaces than projects where we have data relevant for ech employee - after new setup we have to manually change 100+ places/views - it is really problematic on a large scale.
Hello MB,
We have the same problem.
We already have opened more than 200 clients/folders and would like to apply a public personalized view to the hundreds of projects/under-folders. It's not possible to do that manually !
Hi MB, Caroline Boulay-Savornin,
I know you can define only one view (as default) starting from blueprint.
I think is very useful having a set of views.
Maybe Lisa can suggest this IDEA to Wrike Dev team.
Hi folks, absolutely; I've moved this thread to the Product Feedback forum 👍
