Restricting access to files within a project

Hi Wrike community!

We have recently had some issues around clients viewing a design file before it is ready.  Our design team upload the working file within the project and tag certain team members to view and approve before the final is ready to be shared with the client.  For clients who are non-Wrike users this is fine however for clients within Wrike they are able to go into the project and view the file before it is ready and start to make comments.  I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if there's any solutions?  As far as I know we can't restrict access to files within a project.  The possibility of housing the working file in a separate project has been suggested - which may be the only option for now.

Thanks!

Hi Amy Hunter,

I've the same "problem/issue" and for now I've created a specific folder within a Project shared for customer and when I want to show something to customer I just add task / file to that folder.

Thanks Pietro Poli that seems like the best option for now.
