Hello Wrike Community,
I would like to see Wrike add an identifier to every request-form-generated task so that the form that spawned the task can be identified. This could be a link somewhere in the header of the task that takes you directly to the request form, just the name of the form pasted somewhere on the task, or something similar.
I understand that this could be accomplished in some way using blueprints, but so many different people in my company are creating request forms that it would be much simpler if Wrike did this automatically. (Standardization is tough.)
My use case is this -- a fellow employee or external sales partner sends me a link to a task or most often just a screen shot or a vague description, along with a request to update or alter the request form. At this point I have to go on a wild goose chase through the over 200 forms used by the several facilities of my nationwide company. With a link or screenshot I can at least use the workspace to give me a hint, among other things, but it would be much simpler and faster to just click on a link that takes me straight to the request form.
Are there others out there that have encountered this same problem who have developed an easy workaround?
