Do we have an update on hyperlinking text in request forms?

The linking capability itself is great, but some links are long and messy. This was mentioned in some of the previous comments. Is there a separate suggestion somewhere we can upvote?

An example for our organization is wanting to link out to templates or project briefs we would like submitted with project requests on the request form itself:

Agree with the last comment. Glad to see the functionality has been enabled, but it's still fairly clunky if you can't shorten links or hyperlink text. Do we have a timeline on when the updates will be released please.

@Joshua Balentine Did you ever see any information from Wrike on how to format the links or did you find a way to do it?  thank you

Would love it if I could add links to frame.io! For some reason, those don't work.

Second the request to be able to format forms with at least Bold and Italics, if not Headings/Colour fonts/Highlighting etc

At the moment, we don't have updates to share about this improvement, but we will keep you informed in case there are any changes.

I guess I am dense but is this feature still available and what is the catch to use it? Seams straight forward but it's a fail so far. Thanks.  UPDATE got it. Markdown or html would be cool but this will work.

If I paste a link to another request form i am not able to edit the text displayed in the clickable link... is there a way to edit the link so it is not the long url 

Hi Remie Martinez, currently there's no direct way to achieve this in Wrike, however, you might use an external tool to shorten your links. Please, feel free to create a Product Feedback post about this suggestion so other users will be able to upvote it 👍

Juan, even if he did shorten the link using a link shortening tool, Wrike would not be able to recognise that it is meant to be a clickable link in the request form. I have embedded shortened links into my request forms and sadly none are clickable.

Makes it clickable, but still no way to hyperlink ='(

Lisa any plans to make hyperlinks possible for times when the URL is super crazy long?

Seems like there are a lot of requests here to be able to use short links or otherwise format the links, but no plans from Wrike to improve on that yet... has anyone found a suitable workaround yet, or are we all just dealing with ugly links or foregoing them for the time being? 

Also, there was a feedback area to upvote the request here (Funny we can format a lot of areas, but not the request forms yet). Not a lot of Up Votes there at this time... hopefully we can encourage more people to upvote it.

Lisa are there other feedback threads with a similar request that has more traction that you're aware of? If so, can they be consolidated/ linked here?

Lisa please don't merge those two requests - the functionality required is separate. Request 115003123789 should be easily solved by anybody with access to a URL shortening service. That won't require any additional work from Wrike to achieve. Shortening links embedded inside the request forms however, does require work from Wrike. 

Tyler Buono as a Wrike user for the past 5 years, I'm not sure there's any correlation between upvotes and the requests the development team decide to rollout. Just ask anyone who has been following the request about task reminders 😅

Hi Brad Pierce! Do you mean that when you add a link to a question or description in the request form, it doesn't become clickable?

Maybe I missed something, but I added a link (http://<url>/default.aspx) and it does not show up as a link, but text only.  Is it looking for to determine whether it is a link or not?

Would it be possible to improve this and give us the ability to hyperlink text? The user experience would be so much better. Having a long chaotic link on a form looks unprofessional. Similar to what you can do in this comment section? Higlight text and add hyperlink to text.
