Looking to hire consultant

I have been looking at Wrike and trying to figure out if it is going to fit my needs and can't seem to wrap my head around a few things setup-wise.

Is there any place I can hire a consultant to pick their brain for a bit?

I run a web design & marketing agency and just don't know the best way to set it up.

I want a Space that holds all my client's data with custom fields. Should each client be a Project in that Space?
 
I plan to also use Wrike to manage Support Requests from clients which will be its own Space. This will be set up with a form.
 
When a task is created via the form for "Support Requests" i want to somehow link that support request to the client information in the Client space so whoever takes the support request task can easily find login credentials or any other data they need.
 
I tried doing this with the Cross Tagging feature? When i do that i can see all the custom fields in the task, but they are blank and not populated with the data I added in the Client Project in the Client Space.
 
If theres a way to do this or a better way Id be happy to hire you. Unless im asking too much from Wrike. In which ill have to find another solution.

All of this can be easily be done in Wrike, even with links on your webpage that goes into forms for your support.  I'll be glad to help you.

I personally use a project for each client, yes.
