Kevin has been a long-time Community member and contributed to the Community continuously by helping other members with his experience and sharing best practices and feedback. Just the end of last year, Kevin was granted our Black Belt Community badge, please join me in congratulating Kevin!ย ย

Tell us a little about your role and industry.
I am a portfolio manager within our Life Sciences ERP team at MilliporeSigma. A bit about MilliporeSigma:

Why do you/your team use Wrike?
We use Wrike in various ways within our company. For the Life Science ERP team, we use Wrike to intake new projects that the business would like to sponsor along with managing the implementation of one ERP landscape across the globe.

What were you doing before Wrike?
SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Planner. As you can see many different applications thus causing communication gaps and transparency for everyone involved.

What is the top thing that makes you productive?
Managing our process and projects with one application. Allows us to automate our process as we have repetitive project plans and generate greater transparency with connections to other applications like Jira.

What process/setup that you do in Wrike are you most proud of?ย
I am most proud of the setup of managing our portfolio of projects. We worked hard to define and implement this process with Wrike which has not generated greater transparency of our demand that allows our business partners to discuss project requests to ensure they support the overall business strategy.

If someone was thinking about using Wrike what would you say?
If you can describe your workflow, you can implement it in Wrike. I get this question frequently in our company and try to help coworkers speed up what they would like to implement based on the lessons I have learned over the past four years.

What value do you get out of the Community?
I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others. Plus, I really like to see how others have addressed their roadblocks with a solution within Wrike.

Fun question: If you had to be a Wrike feature which would you be and why? (Ex. @mentions, Gantt Chart, search, etc).
Integration via Wrike Integrate. I have done a lot in how we can integrate Wrike with other sources of data to allow us to create transparency of our projects and enable us with managing our projects.
