[Status: Backburner ⌛️] Duplicate a question in forms
Hi there,
I have a request for the ability to duplicate a question on a form. I initially had a form where on the first page you select what deliverable you require, and also select your department and program area from a dropdown. The department and program area mapped to custom assignments and folder locations. However some of the deliverable options don't use the custom assignments, but the majority do need the department and program information, so I have to move those 2 questions to be part of the subsequent relevant pages and remove them from the first page.
Duplicating these 2 questions on 4 other form pages is about a day's work, so I'd really love to see this feature added ;)
OK, so not just the ability to duplicate a question on the forms, but also to duplicate a PAGE please. I can't believe this has been requested for all these years and, although a GREAT new version of the request forms just launched recently, it's STILL not there! Please, please save us a lot of time and pain by giving us duplication functionality (for questions AND pages) in request forms.

So next question - how the heck is anyone supposed to know this thread is here and be able to comment/upvote/follow it if it can't be found in searches? I searched using the exact name of the thread and it's not showing. I spent ages trying to find it in the product feedback list but couldn't find it there either.

I have upvoted - desperately need this feature - I have a form that creates a subtask with approvals status changes. I need to repeat this question up to 20 times to create a subtask for each answer. There has got to be an easier way then manually updating this - it takes hours to do just one form like this!

This would be a great feature, but Wrike won't develop it.

lol the fact that this has been requested since 2018 and STILL yet to be implemented is wild... Duplicating Questions and Pages in forms along with their mapped function's is a big need.

I'm baffled that this feature hasn't been added to the request form. The ability to duplicate a question or even a page is something that other programs with forms allow you to do. But is something that has been asked for for over 5 years.....
+1 for this idea! I just found a use case for it today on a form that keeps getting bigger and more complicated.

The initial request was from 2018, it is now 2024, and this request has still not been taken into account... Is there any update whatsoever on this request? I am having to create 3 pages in one form, with 10 of the same questions on each page, and I am having to manually rewrite the question for each page.

We have a comprehensive marketing request form that receives submissions from over five different departments in our company. This form requires complex logic to accommodate various channels and teams. The inability to duplicate questions within this form has become a HUGE pain point for our form administrators, especially as our request form continues to evolve and expand. Is there any possibility for this function to be considered in a future roadmap for this year?

I've just mastered custom fields for saving a ton of time, but now faced with not being able to duplicate all the wonderful branching I've created in one section of a request form to another section. I was even alt-dragging my question in hope it would duplicate!

Is there any further progress on this?
We have lots of dropdowns for request forms that need to be recreated a number of times and it is so time consuming. It would make a big difference to just be able to duplicate the questions and their conditional branching.
Upvoting! I believe this feature would be incredibly valuable if implemented. I fully support the ability to duplicate not only questions and their conditional branching but also entire pages. This enhancement would be a major time-saver for admins, especially when managing complex request forms with similar structures.

Basudha Sakshyarika Even I feel this is a super necessary feature. We have a lot of complex questions in our forms which take up a lot of time to build. If we get an option to duplicate the question, it would be a life saver.
