Hello Wrike Support!


We here at MediaK really like your platform for scheduling projects and assignments.

However, we would like an easy way of gaining a full overview of everybody's assignments, tasks and projects one screen. For example our team leader would like to be able to see what's on the whole team's agenda for the day on one collective screen.

Hi Anders, I can see you've reached out to our Support Team who have provided some solutions for this. 
 
I'll just briefly outline them below for any other members who may come across this question. Thanks for posting!
 
To get an overview of the team's tasks you have three main options:
 
1. Workload: Use Workload view (on Business and Enterprise accounts) for a visualization of team member's tasks over a set timeframe.
 
2. Dashboards: simply create a Dashboard Widget with the following filters: status, assignee, tasks to do (today).  "Include tasks from Subfolders" if the information is from a root or parent Folder. The Dashboards only show Tasks that match the criteria (filters) you selected.
 
3. Reports: using very similar filters as the above Dashboard option, you can build a Report and view it daily to check tasks for each assignee. You can group by persons, so you can see the tasks each person is working on.
