Hi everyone,
We have some exciting updates for our Community badge program. Everybody says that, but these updates actually are exciting. When you earn a badge you'll receive special benefits on the Community (we'll be rolling them out at the end of the month) and...keep reading to see the rest.
Black Belt
- Expedited Support for you - when you email our Support Team, your questions have a guaranteed one hour response time.
- Time with the Product Team - once a quarter we'll schedule time for Black Belts to speak with our Product Team. If you can't attend we'll collect questions beforehand and share answers afterward.
- Snail Mail Surprise - it's a surprise, so we won't put all the details here, but we'll send you a care package packed with some fantastic goodies.
- Plus all the below - that's right.
Green Belt
- Training Session - get hands-on time with a Customer Success Manager (as a group) to get in-depth training on the topic the group thinks is most beneficial.
We appreciate all the amazing posts you guys create and we can't wait for you to start reaping the rewards.
Note: we are unable to continue to provide profile signatures at this time. We will be revisiting the idea in the near future.
