Reports with result of fields in Request form

Can you please add the possibility of creating a report that would list all or some of the fields (answers) that are added in a request form ?

Hi Marc 👋 thanks for your post. I may need a little more information here to completely understand your request so please correct me if I've misunderstood your question.
 
By 'fields' in your post, do you mean the Custom Fields you've mapped to in your Request forms?
 
It is possible to create a Report that shows Custom Fields. Here's how:
While in Reports, create a task Report, select the 'Source data' (this will be where the Request form's tasks are created) and then in the filters section, select 'Add more filters'. There you will see the various Custom Fields you've created and mapped to in your Request form. Then simply select Table and Column format.
 
Alternatively, you may be looking to create a Report based on the question fields in the Request form. Currently, it's not possible to pull this data into a Report as it's usually mapped to a task's description but thank you for the suggestion here.
 
If I have not fully understood what you're looking to do, please let me know and if possible provide a use-case which will help me understand.
