E-MAIL A COMMENT TO MULTIPLE TASKS IN A SINGLE E-MAIL
I have tried to add two or more unique task e-mail addresses in the "To" field of an e-mail message when I need to same comment to show on multiple tasks. I only find the comment on the first task. In fact multiple copies of the same comment on only the first task. Is there a way that I can achieve this?
The ability to do this would be so much more efficient that going into multiple tasks within Wrike and adding the same comment over and over and over...
I just got off of a live chat session with Wrike help and they confirmed that the current system logic ONLY drops a comment to the first e-mail address listed (wrike task unique e-mail address.)
Hi Scott! That's right, right now it's possible to only send updates to one task at a time. I was wondering whether you'd be open to sharing a bit more about the processes you'd use this for? Are there many tasks which need the same update?
Is there any update to this? I didn't realize it was only ONE task that it works with. Which honestly makes NO SENSE to me if it's a unique email address. Please advise. Thanks!
