Hello! Attachments are one of the things that Collaborators can work with. Our Support Team may be able to help in this situation, I'm creating a ticket for you and you should be hearing from someone shortly.
Hello!
And if there are many tasks? Dozens, hundreds? And dozens of collaborators. I can not know what they have in mind. I need to remember all the necessary files in these tasks? Do I need to write to the technical support each time? Why should I even think that I can lose MY files??? This is wrong by definition! This simply does not have to be! There is no such problem in any similar service! Just unbelieveble!
Here is the most standard and simple situation. I created a task, attached files to it, and show this task to different collaborators. They are strangers in the company, in fact no one. Why can they actually change my task by deleting files? This is absurd! The collaborator should not have the right to delete other people's files.
Agree it would be useful for person adding file or task / folder / project owner to be able give appropriate permissions to others to read only, modify, or even delete.
Hello,
We recently had this exact problem as well. A collaborator, for some unknown reason, decided to delete our original files attached in a task. We just realized they are actually able to do this, which is what lead us to this forum. Is this being taken care of?

Dear developers, do you really not understand that the users can lose important information because of your mistakes? This is a very serious problem!
Although, perhaps you have more important things to do.
Is it possible to limit the deletion of files to the person who posted them? I just had a user delete about 10 versions of a file, including the one that had the most current and correct info. Hours of work gone. No idea why she was in that task in the first place and not a clue why she would be deleting files. None of the versions she deleted were her work. Can I apply restrictions in my account (I'm the account admin) to prevent things like this happening again?
Dear developers, we warned you! Pay attention to this problem!
