Folllowing List for Post: Update Admin Console to allow bulk delete users/collaborators
[this list is visible for admins and agents only]
I agree, this would be helpful instead of having to one by one delete users and enter my admin password.
Hi @Bryan and @Kelli, I want to quickly mention Audit Log Reports. You can use them to see who has logged in since "x" date and then cross reference that with people in the account to see who hasn't logged in (or performed some action).
@Stephanie I wasn’t aware that the audit log allowed the admin the perform actions on the user. The feature requested was not to just cross check but to be able to bulk delete the users/collaborators. Did I miss something while using the audit log?
Same, I am not looking to audit the system, but rather to actually remove more than one user at a time. For example, if an entire office discontinues use of Wrike, I have to delete their access one user at a time. It would be nice to be able to select all users I want to remove and delete.
@Bryan No, you're completely correct, you can't take actions from audit logs. I just wanted to mention it in case having the information from Audit Logs would be helpful to you (or someone else).
@stephanie the other part of this was the ability to view last login/activity. There is no way to do this without going through each user one at a time that I can find. The login audit doesn't capture app logins and if you try to dump all users/activity for any significant timeframe, it won't pull all the records. Only the last 100K. What would truly be useful is a "last login" that includes app login or a least a "last activity" for a given user.
@ReachLocal Hey, thanks for sharing this! I'd suggest creating a separate Product Feedback post for you request as this one is about mass actions that Admins could take from the Account Management section 👍
