New tasks automatically pinned to wrong day in My Work

Hi,

When I create new tasks and view them in My Work they are getting pinned automatically to the wrong title. I've created a new task just now and it is appearing under 'This Week' but today is the 12th and I've selected the 12th in the due date for that task. So naturally I'd like it to appear under 'Today'.

Please help...

Hi James...

I have a question...

this post appears with "Yesterday at 18:35" and yesterday was 11... so... I don't know if was an error on Wrike or... me or.. what.

BUT sometimes My work shows a weird behavior

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for getting back to me. I think I've figured this out. This was a timezone issue. I checked the timezone in my settings and it was not set to Melboure, Sydney time, once I changed it the issue was resolved.

I do have another question however:
I have created a task 'new task - James' and I've added some subtasks. When I view this task in My Work I cannot immediately see that there are subtasks under it.

I can only see this when I click on the task, the subtasks then appear in the RHS panel.

on my collegues account this is different. His subtasks all appear in the my work list. Can you confirm if there is a setting that allows us to toggle this feature?

I have tried the Wrike Labs new My Work layout which looks good, but it doesn't explain why we are getting different results on the normal layout.

Thanks.

Hi James!

Cand you show me how appears with your collegues?

I know that every task appears on My Work only it has a date and your subtasks doesn't have it.... maybe this could be the reason
