[Status: Launched ๐] Email conversations with non Wrike users inside Wrike
Currently I have to constantly move back and forth between Wrike and outlook email when having email conversation with non Wrike users.
It would be really useful to be able to have those email conversations from inside Wrike.
Maybe by having a another chat window for external emails under the task or task generated by a request.
The external person would only be able to see that part of the conversation in the external conversations window.
So glad to see this is in production. I came here looking for this exact thing.ย
Now how do we find out what the ETA of this feature is?

This would be a great feature, glad to see it is in the making!ย
Thank you for adding your support here Aaron McLaughlin๐๐ผ
Hi everyone, this suggestion is now a feature! Thank you so much for your continuous feedback and support for this idea. You can find more information about the release here ๐
Hello everybody!
I read the poll article where Wrike customers asked for the ability to send email through a task and receive it in the same task. Wrike's product people only created a stopgap through the use of a form, however, this does not solve the customers' difficulties. I believe the CEO of Wrike does not have access to these requests. It's not possible that a customer request made in 2017 hasn't been implemented by today in 2023. I think Wrike is a good system, but it seems like the product team doesn't understand their customers' expectations. This creates so much discomfort that there must be many customers who have chosen to abandon Wrike and use other tools. I feel like there is a lack of empathy from the product team towards customers. This is very bad. This is my feedback for the Wrike company.
Hey Felipe Jorge Poรงo, I asked for some clarifications in this thread, looking forward to your reply ๐

Hi Lisa, good morning!
I replied in the other thread and replicated here too.
I talk about the solution to this topic for sending emails through Wrike. The solution found was to send a form to the Customer, to receive feedback. In other words, I have to send an email with a form link for the customer to respond. You could do this directly from the Wrike task. Contact with customers does not always take the form of a survey. Sometimes it is necessary to request feedback from the customer for a single piece of information, as occurs in Jira for example. Therefore, I believe that the expectation of customers who opened this topic was to be able to send emails through a task and receive emails through that task.
Thank you for your return.
Have a great day and great week!
Thanks a lot for getting back to me Felipe Jorge Poรงo! I understand now, thank you for clarifying! I'll now send your feedback to the responsible Product team ๐
